Documents that Support the Fact that Cedar Hill ISD’s Director of Curriculum and Instruction was Convicted of Violence against Women
Supporting documentation that shows how Cedar Hill Independent School District’s Director of Curriculum and Instructions Dr. Homer Carter was charged and convicted of assault against a female teacher in 2005.
Information obtained by The Watchful-eye indicates that Dr. Homer Carter was terminated from his position by the Houston Independent School District for violation of the moral turpitude policy by the Houston isd’s discipline committee in December 2005.
How did Dr. Homer Carter’s criminal record with a history of violence against women get past the Cedar Hill School personnel?
According to Dr. Homer Carter’s job application on file with the Cedar Hill School District, he has never been convicted of moral turpitude, nor was he terminated from his last job, but according to the Fort Bend County Court at Law no 2, Homer Carter was not truthful on his job application which is grounds for termination.
With more information coming lying on his job application may not be the only problem the Cedar Hill School District’s Director of Curriculum and Instructions, or his close friend Superintendent Horace Williams has to explain as to why the employees especially females of Cedar Hill isd were put in danger by an individual convicted of violence against women.
The Full story including the results of an internal investigation conducted by the Houston isd of Dr Homer Earle Carter which led to his ouster on The Watchful-eye show Monday August 13, 2012 at 3:00 pm.
