After learning that former Cedar Hill School District Principal Michael Timms has been named Principal of John Tyler High School, I posted on my web-page audios explaining why Michael Timms is unfit for the position.
Along with the audios of Timms conducting himself in an unprofessional manner I called for the Tyler Independent School District to rescind the appointment of Michael Timms as principal of John Tyler High School.
The goal of this article was meant to bring attention to the character of Michael Timms and expose him for the administrative bully fraud that he is. For those who know of Timms, and have worked with him at Bessie Coleman Middle School in Cedar Hill, Texas, the thought of Michael Timms in charge of another school is frightening.
Michael Timms thrives off of having a divided campus usually pitting black employees against the white employees, by often asking one group to comment on the work ethics of the others, and thereby driven a wedge between employees.
While reaching out to Tyler ISD board of trustees in regards to sharing information about Michael Timms, I sent an email to Ms. Michelle Carr Board President with hopes of possibly arranging for a meeting to discuss why the appointment of Michael Timms will result in possible legal actions against the Tyler Independent School District by employees filing complaints against Michael Timms.
Timms left the Cedar Hill School District in March of 2010 under investigation for various offenses including grade changing, employees evaluation manipulation, recording members of central office including members of the board of trustees, along with making threats of violence in the work place on several occasions against members of administration.
More audios have been posted, along with documentation to support why Michael Timms’ appointment as High School Principal of John Tyler High School should be rescinded.
There are more than 4 years of audio of Michael Timms’ behavior as Principal of Bessie Coleman Middle School where he retailated against staff who complained against him, along with planning a complete rebellion against the entire school district including the Board of Trustees for not appointing him Principal of Cedar Hill High School.
Timms is a example of how administrators get to ruin the lives of others, and simply walk away and continue to harm others with his bully tactics.
The biggest question facing the Tyler School District with regards to Michael Timms, is will the school district take any action against Timms, or ignore the facts, and allow Timms to remain principal of John Tyler High School knowing his past, and leaving open the possibility of more evidence of Timms’ behavior to surface.
